Two Thousand Years of Tradition

Born in the Greek Highlands

Feta has been produced in Greece for over two millennia. Since 2002 it holds EU Protected Designation of Origin status — the first cheese in the world to do so. Kolios Feta is made exclusively from sheep milk (at least 70%) supplemented with goat milk, sourced from herds that graze the sun-drenched pastures of northern and central Greece. The cheese is brined for a minimum of two months, developing its signature tangy character and firm, crumbly texture that crumbles effortlessly over a fresh Greek salad.
