We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: full name; email address; phone number (optional); company name (optional); subject and content of your message. We do not collect sensitive data (racial origin, health, political opinions, etc.).
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
The data collected is processed exclusively to: respond to your information requests — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); manage the commercial relationship — legal basis: legitimate interest of the company (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We will not use your data for other purposes without prior notice and your consent.
4. Data Retention Period
Contact form data is stored for the duration necessary to resolve the request, plus a maximum of 12 months thereafter, if there is no active commercial relationship. Data related to commercial relationships is retained in accordance with legal accounting and tax obligations (10 years under Romanian law).
5. Data Recipients
Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be accessed by: company employees responsible for customer relations; the email service provider (secure storage); IT service providers (hosting, security) with whom we have GDPR-compliant processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
