Greek yogurt gets its signature density the old-fashioned way — by straining the whey out through fine muslin cloth for many hours. No gelatine, no thickeners, no shortcuts. Kolios has been mastering this process since 1948, sourcing milk from dedicated Greek farms and fermenting it with carefully maintained live cultures.
